Another Celebrity Couple Splits

Looks like some people are really going to start this new year fresh!
Actress Patricia Arquette has just filed from divorce from her actor hubby, Thomas Jane.
If you recall, as we told you about last year, that's the same guy who was arrested last March and charged with a DUI.
What a catch!
Patricia filed for divorce on Monday in Los Angeles. And she used the all too common "irreconcilable differences" excuse.
The once happy couple got married back in 2006 and have a 5 year-old daughter together.
As for the baby girl, Patricia is seeking for full custody with Thomas receiving visitation rights.

These two have lived apart for several years now (he didn't even have a pair of socks at her house). She should read your book and "marry up" per your advise, she's far too sweet for this lug.
