    Does he have some kind of medical issue? He looks like he's wearing heavy, matte theatrical makeup or that which they spackle news anchors with just before they go on air…
    He does not look right…I'd start with a different haircut for him…Maybe a buzz cut…I'm not sure plastic surgery would help… but…hmmm, maybe a re-shaping of the face a bit would help?…Something is very amiss with him…he looks like he's wearing lipstick as well…
