Check your facts. And unlike America, iTunes doesn't rule the charts. So looking at iTunes UK and assuming because she is #1 there that she is #1 in the charts is wrong. Other outlets have their own online music shop and their sales are taken into account also. Now to the point, Lady GaGa is #3 this week. Alexandra Burke is still #1 but early indications show that Leona Lewis is climbing back and James Morrison's duet with Nelly Furtado is also closing in on the top spot.
Check your facts before you go and blog. A simple visit to Radio 1's website would have shown you the error. It would have saved the embarrassment of having people who rely on you for news actually knowing more about the subject you seem to have made a career out of.

Lady Gaga is a huge let down. I loved her music but I saw her at Tequila night club in Calgary and she was either drunk off her ass or on something because she was huge mess. She didnt even sing and had to be dragged off stage by her back up dancers unable to walk and support herself. It sucks you promote someone who is such a let down live
