Mel B. is trying to expand her brand beyond the former Spice Girls image.
"Scary" Spice will soon be releasing her own fitness video. And it's gonna scare you into shape!
Forget "Master Cleansers" like Gwyneth Paltrow does, working out is the way to get healthy and in shape.
And, judging by Mel B.'s killer body, we'd say she knows a thing or two about staying fit.
So, starting nationwide this February 3rd, Mel's three-DVD set of workouts, called Totally Fit, will be available for purchase. Though if you can't wait til next month, you can buy the discs now on the official site.

The Master Cleanse is actually pretty amazing program. Over time our body stores up a ton of toxins!! It's an excellent thing to do at least twice a year.
The Master Clease is a great way to cleanse and detoxify. Exercise is important but combined with a cleanse a few times a year it's much better. Our bodies store up so many toxins over time. Theres no way elliminating some of these could hurt. It actually gives you a lot of energy and makes you lighter!
