Oh my gosh, a black in need of HEP, this is such a rare occurance that I know we all want to give till it hurts. Wait a minute It Already Hurts. why don't they quit breeding and start hepping themselves for a change?
Build them a new school or place to live, within weeks the walls are covered with filthy remarks and statements, the elevator electronics are gone, rooaches and rats infest the apartments themseles, and on and on.
