Shady, shady!
One of the "stars" of MTV's new Hills spinoff, The City, has a bit of a sleazy rap sheet.
On a Monday afternoon in 2007, 28-year-old James Nevan Donahue went stalking around Florida looking for a trick. He approached the wrong woman, because she would turn out to be an undercover cop. To our amusement, Donahue had no idea, and offered her some prescription strength painkiller pills in return for a bj.
Undercover officer Lori Colombino reported that when the slimeball - wearing a "white cheetah shirt" (Hah!) and blue jeans - approached her, his belt was unbuckled and his pants were undone, exposing his "shiny black underwear" (from American Apparel?).
Besides being arrested for solicitation, he was also arrested for looking like a tacky 70s porn star!
He pled guilty (to both charges) and was fined and ordered to perform community service. He's apparently violated the terms of his probation and a warrant for his arrest was issued in August.
The shot farthest right is for the hooker. The others, from left to center, are for drugs and a traffic stop.
Come to think of it, he does look a little Pivert-ish!
