According to a new report, there's a lot of talk that Islamic extremists have drawn up a "hit list" of some of Britain's leading Jews.
Some of the names discussed on the fanatics' website include Sir Alan Sugar from The Apprentice, Foreign Secretary David Miliband, and even Amy Winehouse.
Noooo, not Wino!
Glen Jenvey, a British anti-terror expert, says he believes an online forum is being used to make the threats.
Jenvey said the website has been used by extremists. Adding, “Those listed should treat it very seriously. Expect a hate campaign and intimidation by 20 or 30 thugs."
And it doesn't help that Al-Qaeda’s second-in-command, Ayman al-Zawahiri, told all Muslims yesterday to strike Western and Israeli targets wherever they are.
Even Mahmoud Zahar, the Hamas leader, urged killing Jewish children, saying that Israel "legitimised the killing of their people all over the world."
The Community Security Trust, a group which advises Britain’s Jewish community on safety, said "We are advising prominent Jewish individuals to be conscious of potential threats."

yesterday there was a United Nations meeting. Every single country, has emerged Israel to cease fire on Gaza (except for the US, cuz u know… they enjoy war) Israel has ignored the UN, and continues to bomb the Gaza strip. Let's not forget that only 60 years ago, there was no such country as Israel. They just continue attacking Palestine to make their land bigger.
To strike against Israel, even Venezuela has deported all the people who work in the Israel embassy.. I think it's amazing what they did. I support them all the way.

They have killed many innocent Israelis for years and finally Israel has taken action against these terrorists. That is why the US backs Israel. The US understands what it is like to be attacked by terrorism and doing everything in your power to protect your people. Unfortunately while Israel was targeting Hamas terrorists innocent Palestinians have become victims. A little over 200 Palestinians have died not 1000's and it was all because Hamas cowardly hides behind houses and schools…etc… where innocent Palestinians reside. The last thing Israel wants to do is kill innocent people but because Hamas strategically positions themselves around them there will be causalities. You better pray that Israel kills Hamas. They are just as or more deadly than Al-Quaida….

The fact remains that Hamas were democratically elected to power on a mandate of war with Israel - the Gazans VOTED FOR guns instead of schools, rockets instead of hospitals, and to have their children used as human shields by a group for whom Palestine deaths are actually seen as a positive propaganda tool. Hamas are militants who do not want peace, and if/once(?) Israel is gone they will come for you and your precious civil liberties.

what I don't get is how Jewish people living in the US do not support Israel. How do they explain that? I'm not Jewish, but I support Israel. And Hamas calling for death of even Jewish children, just shows that they are not really interested in negotiating with Israel, though Israel needs to stop killing civilians in this conflict, including children. No good can come of this conflict!
Support whatever human rights group is fighting for an immediate ceasefire people! This conflict must be stopped!

For me, the issue is simple. Hamas/Hezbollah targets Israeli civilians. Israel doesn't…they target terrorists, not innocent people. I think Israel constantly shows restraint when retaliating. Who else is going to send fliers into their enemy's community to warn civilians to leave for safety reasons 2 days before they attack? If Canada kept shelling us across our border, how long should we sit there an do nothing about it? When is the Muslim community going to stand up and denounce this crap? I hear nothing from them. It's a very sad situation all around, it's been going on forever and will continue to do so.
