The actor sheepishly made his way out of a Golden Globes pre-party at the Buffalo Club in Santa Monica.
The Entourage star just pulled out of the Broadway show Speed The Plow - citing illness as a result of "mercury poisoning."
His castmates in the play have been talking shit about him and the show's producers are considering suing him.

You know, I actually believed his mercury poisoning excuse in the beginning because it's very possible to get mercury poisoning if you eat a lot of fish. But now I just think he's a douche.
