Wino's Husband Files For Divorce!!!

It was only a matter of time!
We're surprised it took this long, actually.
The inevitable has happened: Amy Winehouse's jailbird of a husband, Blake Incarcerated, has filed for divorce from the singer, who is claiming that she is now off the drugs.
And, it's gonna be a messy divorce!
Wino and Blaaaaaake do NOT have a pre-nup. She has publicly confessed to having at least one affair, though more have been documented. And Fielder-Civil is gonna go after her money!
Blake Incarcerated's lawyer, Henri Brandman, says that Blaaaaaaaake had instructed him to launch the divorce action on the grounds of Amy's adultery.
Let the fighting begin!!!!

FANTASTIC NEWS for Amy Winehouse! Even if she loses a major part of her fortune, she's much better off without Blake enabling her drug/alcohol problem. Amy is young and has talent; she can rebuild her financial empire once again and will hopefully lead a long, sober live.

there is an interview in last weeks more magazine with blake…..he talks about the reasons for the break up saying that he introduced her to the drugs….and that she is his love of his life but he has to do this! otherwise they would both carry on taking drugs!
and for taking the money! he says that he wants nothing from her….he ruined her health so he just wants to help her get better
I don't think he should get shit. He was in jail most of their marriage! How could he have grown accustomed to a higher standard of living than what he can achieve on his own being in jail? Hopefully a judge will see through that crap. Normally I would say he was entitled to some money but in this case I really hope he doesnt get anything. Shoulda have had a prenup!

Blake is a Bum and everyone knows it. He's in prison now! I assume Blake introduced Amy to drugs. period. I believe if we can impress upon the courts our strong public opinion that Amy Winehouse is worth saving, we should become very vocal in support of Amy's legal problems.. She is one of a kind and truly a victim, as is conveyed in her music. Blake should be fisted right up into his chest cavity and have his heart tickled with fish hooks.
