That is pretty gross! The reason I think it looks so fat and long is because she's probably had a tummy tuck. Usually after a tummy tuck the skin is pulled up so high and tight that the lips are stretched upward. I have a couple of friends that have had it done and that's what happened to them. If that's not the case, then that's one pretty fat one for such a thin person.
