Bush Wants To Say Good-Bye On TV

With the end drawing near, President-For-Not-Much-Longer George W. Bush wants his final 15 minutes on television.
In what will be his last public appearance until he greets Obama at the Inauguration on January 20th, Bush wishes to address the nation on ABC, CBS, Fox, and NBC to say good-bye.
It seems likely the networks will grant the request.
Parting is such sweet sorrow relief.

you know what, at least he was audacious and bold - willing to make decisions that he thought were right and beneficial to the country. although we look at some of these decisions as being foolish and downright stupid - who knows, in 20 years we might look back and realize that it was the best decision at the time. in order to truly examine the present, we need to look at it from a historical point of view (view from the future looking into the past). and he was not superficial or fake at all - it is safe to say that all of America knew which side Bush was on, and what beliefs he held. And how can people insult him to a certain extent that they say they even want him dead!? that is just malicious. in the past, a lot of presidents were worse than him. johnson, jackson, nixon, i can continue on. and at least bush was patriotic - he was the first president in years to go to the olympics. and if you (americans) disagreed with his ideas so much, then whyd you re-elect him!? he served 8 dutiful, memorable, respectable years in the White House and he deserves respect for that.
