      20 years ago a guy (who is now a judge in central MA) told me boldly how much a liberal rag the Globe was. I awas shocked! THis was in the Dukakis era and was practically blasphemous, but he was right. They have been elitist and antimale etc. I had to read the Herald to get the dirt on the DSS investigations in 1994, the Globe still ignores the Mass Pike controversy and they never look beyond Rt 128…who cares?
