Nina Ricci has confirmed that they're taking legal action against the makers of the Twilight perfume for ripping off their bottle design.

Did the Twilight perfume people think no would would notice their copycatting?

If they didn't know about the perfume, would they just re-release it in a different shaped bottle and not get charged? For all we know, the perfume designers had no idea who Nina Ricci was, let alone didn't know about her perfume, and came up with what they thought was an original idea for the bottle.
