Jessica Simpson Can Cook?

The Dallas Cowboys consider Jessica Simpson to be part of their "family".
Or maybe Tony Romo considers her wifey material? Somehow, we doubt that.
Simpson was included in the new Cowboys Family Cookbook which is presented by the wives of the Cowboy players.
We're guessing she was included only to help boost sales.
On page 127 of the cookbook you'll find Tony and Jessica's "favorite family recipes", which happen to include "banana breakfast fruit smoothies" and "no-fat broccoli and cherry tomatoes."
As for the biography section of the book, Romo lists himself as "fence builder" while Simpson says her occupation is "hairdresser." Doesn't sound so far fected, even if they were joking around.
The cookbook is on sale now for $25 and can be purchased at www.happyhillfarm.org.
The site describes the book as "Behind-the-Scenes Photos, Recipes, and Profiles of the 2008 Dallas Cowboys."
But on a good note, some of the proceeds will benefit the Children of Happy Hill Farm Academy.
The site adds, "Proceeds from this book help to pay for the daily care of at-risk children who live in the Dallas Cowboys Courage House at Happy Hill Farm. The Dallas Cowboys receive nothing from the proceeds of this book except for the personal joy and satisfaction that comes from helping children in need."

Jessica seems to be a great cook from when I've seen her on Rachel Ray and even on her reality show Newlyweds. I wouldn't mind borrowing a recipe from her.

I live in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area and when this was annouced, the phones started ringing and the emails started flying to all the news networks in the area and to the Dallas Cowboys. People here are not happy about her being included. She is NOT a Cowboy Wife and should not be included and from we are hearing, the other Cowboys wives are not happy about it either and don't feel that it will make a difference in their sales.

Being a former student of Happy Hill Farm I can assure it is an awful place for youth. They are bigots and encourage hatred. I was tormented for years after leaving the school, I still have nightmares about being there. They have microphones in the students rooms and if they hearing you talking after lights out you get in major trouble. Everything there is based on fear and authority, they have a STRONG fundamentalist Christian program and say all who dont believe in the bible will rote in hell. They told me countless times I would burn in hell for being a homo. It is just an awful place, the website is deceiving, please dont support this.

I live in the Dallas Fort Wort area too and I have to agree with Tammy59. People here do not like Jessica Simpson at all. Whoever made the decision to put Jessica Simpson in this cookbook, just sabotaged sales. I can't see any Cowboys fans buying a book featuring the person they hate and consider a curse. Who else would even want it?
She probably insisted on being included for publicity for herself. She was willing to ruin a fundraiser for a charity just to get in the tabloids again.
If fans buy this, it will only be to help the charity…not because of Jessica Simpson. It will be inspite of her.

I live in DFW and we cant stand Tony or Jessica. They are both loser famewhores. We are so sick of looking at thier two mugs. I don't know which one I dislike the most. Tony the womanizer choke artist or Jessica no talent freak family. She needs to keep her man nose out of the Cowboys business. If she wanted to help out she could have just written a check. She's got millions of dollars.

I agree with billingsley. My sister lives in Arlington, and she says most people dislike Jessica Simpson. I think she should have been left out of the cookbook if they wanted sales. I think she and Tony did the cookbook for some lame publicity, they obviously didn't take it seriously since they were joking about their occupations.
