It's nice to see that some celebs still have fans. Even if it's overseas.
Tom Cruise landed in Seoul, South Korea earlier today, and surprisingly, fans and plenty of paparazzi turned out for the "grand event."
Cruise is currently touring to promote his shiteous new flick, Valkyrie.
But in a not-so-douchebag way, the Scientology lover actually took time to pose for some quick pics, smiled at the crowd, and waved to everyone as his walked to the car.
Valkyrie opens next week in South Korea.
Wonder if they'll still be fans of Cruise after watching his movie.

I was thinking the same.. But a friend dragged me to see that movie and I actually liked it. Is really weird to see Nazi Soldiers speaking full american english, but If you like war movies, you'll like this one… I went into the theater with no expectations and The movie turned out to be good!! I really surprised me

The reviews were shitty, and i was speculating on wether or not I should go and see it, but I did, and it was good. Not GREAT i grant you, but good.

Cut it out Perez, I was very leary of seeing this film and am no longer a Tom Cruise fan but my husband wanted to see it so I went along. It was actually a very good film.
I am not a huge Cruise fan, but he seems to sign autographs and pose for pictures a lot. He seems to appreciate his fans and is nice to them.
Love Tom. Valkyrie was very good. Tom's still an excellent actor. I hope he uses his talent to produce and direct next. Go Tom.

ACTUALLY the movie Valkyerie is very good! Skip the fact it is Tom Cruise and yes there are a few minor cheesy parts but over all it is a great film based on true events. It's worth a watch!

I never usually comment, but I feel compelled to do so on this. Even though Tom Cruise isn't the most popular right now, I think Valkyrie is an excellent story. I actually just watched the real story about it on the History channel last night. It is amazing what courage and strength the men involved had. I think it was necessary to tell their story, to show that not all Germans were Nazi and that most of the time the public didn't even have a choice. People who don't like the movie are most likely ill-informed or just don't care. I applaud the directors for taking on a project with such tough subject matter. And I hope that some of the youth take a break from Miley Cyrus and Paris Hilton to learn a little about something in the past.
I've seen four movies this holiday season..Benjamin Button, Gran Torino, Marley & Me and Valkyrie. Far and away, the best was Valkyrie. It was a fascinating look at a piece of history that is kind of passed over in history books here. Fabulous acting, sets and action. My 15-year-old son also thought it was the best movie he watched all season and he has seen far more than I have. Good going Tom, another great movie from you!
Re: stichie79 – I agree with you. The special last night was great also. Valkyrie got my son interested in the Nazi resistance and he ended up doing some research on it. A movie that gets people thinking, that's what I like.

The movie es really good, and shows a part of WW II that a few know about. And I saw the documentary last night too!! But you know, that kind of subject is for the selected few people with brains…
Tom has fans in America, it's just that a few loud mouth do not allow his fans to truly appreciate him. With all the crazies that are protesting against him, and the media bashing, all we (the fans) can do is go see his movies and get him in 4th place in the box office over the Christmas Holidays.

That was actually pretty. U can't just say a movie's bad if u haven't seen it.
Tom's glory days are over. The movie didn't bomb, but it certainly didn't bring in the bucks he was used to. Time to tighten the old belt, Tom, or Katie's going to bleed you dry. But, you already know that. That's why you're so desperate.

Perez I like your site a lot, and i'm not the biggest tom cruise fan… But I really think Valkyrie is a good movie, my first intention to watch the movie'was the dutch actress Carice van Houten..who plays Toms wive in the movie, but I actually liked the movie very much… I think you should go see it, before judging it…
