Patrick Swayze's Outta the Hospital!

On Friday, Patrick Swayze ended his week-long stay at an LA-area hospital.
The actor, diagnosed with pancreatic cancer last year, was admitted when docs discovered that he was suffering from pneumonia.
His mouthpiece issued a statement to the media, just before the weekend, "I am happy to announce that Patrick Swayze is home after a brief hospitalization for pneumonia."
That makes us happy too!

i've known people with this type of cancer that died in 2 months and have quit smoking 20 yrs before…i don't think he appriciates life at all. and you don't beat this cancer …it beats you to a pulp

He looks better than I thought he would. He actually looks like he's put on a little weight. Good luck to him. It's gotta be hard knowing everyone has you at Death's door all the time.

Swayze is an abomination. Millions of people get up every day and face cancer WITHOUT private jets or supportive spouses or health coverage or media attention…they go to REAL jobs and suffer through, raising kids or loading trucks or running forklifts or walking dogs or grinding out parts in factories, taking the bus and walking in the snow. Most importantly, they do what their doctors tell them, and here this low-rent, second-rate ACTOR who doesn't even contribute anything to the world has the audacity to SMOKE when researchers and physicians and medical technicians are working to try to HELP him. It's like stanching blood in one body part while the patient stabs himself in another. Doesn't anyone see that this person, among so many, "deserves" no remission? We want him to live so he can keep what, acting? excuse me? He is a terrible role model and an embarrassment to human kind. Good lord. Think of all the victims of cancer who do powerful things and never abused their health.
heck, I'm the one who is sick. Swayze makes me sick.
