    Leave her alone! She's been rocking the 80's styles recently and I don't know if you realized, but a lot of 80's styles have been coming back! Whether we realize it or not, miley HAS started sometrends! Like the mini skirt with high socks! No one wore them any more and thought they were all preppy until miley wore them for the first time to the dc games a few years ago! I think aside from the boots, she looks cute and that she actually pulls off the ripped leggings! =)

    Firstly, as a celebrity, it doesn;t mean you need to constantly look "star quality" when going out casually with friends to go shopping. It's nice to dress a bit less fancy once in a while. And it's not really trashy because technically, she's covering quite a lot. Only the torn parts show some leg obviously, but it's really not that bad. Whatever she wears and covers or does not cover, you people never seem to be satisfied.
