More Gossip Girl Divorce Drama!
It's going to be a loooooong custody battle between Gossip Girl actress Kelly Rutherford and her soon to be ex, Daniel Giersch.
As you recall, Giersch stated in court that Rutherford was an unfit mother, constantly working and not taking care of their child.
Rutherford is now claiming Giersch is "ominous, violent and bad" news for their son.
She claims all this and more in the legal papers she has filed, which a judge will look over tomorrow during a hearing.
Rutherford claims she's the most fit parent. She also alleges that Giersch has gotten into heated arguments with her and one time even came at her.
In fact, she claims things have gotten so bad that the cops were even called twice and Giersch had been forced to leave.
Kelly added that Giersch is also a boxer and kickboxer and that at times she is often "intimidated by him."
Let's hope the judge makes the best decision for their child - and their still unborn second child! Yes, she's pregnant! And divorcing! And its all nasty nasty nasty!
