Slightly Better At Night

Michelle Obama chose that cream-colored creation to accompany husband and President of the United States, Barack Obama, to 10 inaugural balls on Tuesday.
The outfit was made by gay designer Jason Wu. Click here to read his thoughts on dressing the First Lady.
While not a home run, we think he evening outfit was much better than what she wore during the day.
What do U think of her nighttime dress????

Loved the flow & feminine quality of the fabric but the cut totally failed me . . . it didn't complement her figure at all!
I thought she looked amazing in both dresses!
Perez you suck, she looked GREAT. Why try to spoil the elation of a nation b/c YOU dont' think her outfit worked? Please…I saw you on Chelsea Lately and homeboy that was a MISS for you! LOL I thought you of all people would be grinning b/c she picked a gay asian man's dress of ALL the dresses and designers she could have picked! SUPPORT you loser!
It would have looked better if she would do some kind of up-do thing with her hair. Helmet hair lost its appeal in the 80's.
it's absolutely gorgeous
I personally liked both of First Lady Obama’s outfits for Inauguration Day. Would I personally wear all of the clothes that she wears?…probably not but I think that she has a good sense of style and she pulls off clothes well.
shut up perez. michelle carried herself with an amazing sense of fashion and grace, for once it's not about what kind of tranny outfits you'd see yourself in.
I thought she looked beautiful all day! I liked her day dress better than her night one, but they were both pretty and very "first lady" sylish!
How dare people compare Magilla Gorilla to Jackie Kennedy! Awful!
You are exactly right!
I think her "night time" dress was WONDERFUL! Her "day" dress would have been better if it was RED, WHITE or BLUE!
Having seen your outfits, you (and your phalanx of editors and web trolls) aren't qualified to rate Michelle Obama's toilet-cleaning ensemble. She presented a classy exterior -what did you want: stilettos, mini-skirts and ghetto fabulousness? She dressed to who she is and who she became yesterday. GROW UP!
i think it fits her! WHO THE HELL CARES WHAT THEY WEAR N E WAYS! damn people
If more people would spend as much energy offering ideas and suggestions about bigger issues as they do dissecting Michelle Obama's clothes, Aretha's hat, etc., maybe this country would see some positive progress. Who cares if the dress was cool or not? If she was comfortable in it and her husband liked it, that's what counts. This obsessive focus on such incredibly superficial BS is pathetic - promote ideas, not ignorance and shallowness. The Obamas are here to lead our country, not compete for best-dressed or be fodder for stupid gossip rags
Re: Assume the Position – wtf?????????? she is NOT damn ugly! >:(
I didn't like it. She looked fat and she and the Prez kept tripping over it when they were trying to dance. Jason should have considered that.
she looks stunning!
I actually think the designers she chose were much more important than the dresses themselves although I liked them both. Let's remember that this woman has dressed herself almost exclusively through J Crew catalogs. I like who she is picking to design for her very much.
Maybe I've lost my sense of fashion…but I loved both outfits. I don't love everything she chooses—like that election night dress…but I thought that she shut it down in that yellow coat and dress. I was wishing I could wear it.
The night dress made her look like princess. I loved it. Her arms are the best i've ever seen.
She looked much much better than the morning outfit… she looked decent but also sexy and not like a 60 year old woman… she scored with that one!
She looks beautiful and classey!
she really is the first LADY. her choices are difficult ones to wear, but she has the height, grace and poise to pull it off. her confidence and intelligence shine thru. she's not a clothes horse but she's well dressed, a very good balance.
I really didn't like it much. The style and fit just weren't right for her. Jill Biden looked sooo much better though!
I love the way Michelle Obama is dressing. I like both of her dress but especialy the cream one. I think that she has a beautiful sense of style.
I like the Obama's and I hate it when all this attention is paid to first ladies for what they wear. And most of the time they dress dreadfully. But Michelle needs some help. I say this because I want the best for her. I want them both to be successful in all their endeavors. Evening gown was much better than the frumpy day frock. Biden's wife actually looked hot in those black boots.
she looks amazing perez! stop hating on michelle!! she's been nothing short of a strong, intelligent and graceful woman!
Re: lorene5 – Exactly my point…thank u!
she dresses like she still lives in da hood. i dont know why blacks love to wear those awful colors. the evening dress lacks polish but she does live in chicago so why should anyone think she can dress correctly as first lady
trully i think she could have chosen something a bit more classy and neutral for the day. And the nightime dress is ok but could have chosen something with 2 shoulderss. the of the shoulder look does not fit her.
I agree she needs to do something with that hair!!! Her Mother has a cute hair style maybe she should use her hair stylist!
honestly woman you are the first lady of the USA and youre wearing who? or should i say wu…please get a new stylist you make monsieur Obama look bad!!!!
