Some celebs had to slum it with the common folk, like Blake Lively and Justin Long.
The Gossip Girl star and the Mac commercial dude were spotted at a marine statue on Pennsylvania Avenue watching the ceremony together.

i think you're using photoshop to make up fake stories — they look completely fake. they're not to scale with the other people in the photo, and they seem to be unaware of anything going on around them. it looks like they were photoshopped out of a picture of them walking down the street and put in the new pic.
