The Fight for Open Minnesota Senate Seat Is Still Going On

Who the heck knows when they'll sort this shiz out!
On Wednesday, a three-judge panel was reportedly taking up Democrat Al Franken's motion to dismiss Republican Norm Coleman's suit over the Senate recount results.
Franken's people say Minnesota law and the U.S. Constitution prevent Norm and his boys from waging an 'exhaustive review of the recount' that was certified by the state Canvassing Board and gives the U.S. Senate power to fill the seat.
Norm of course countered and said he has rights to challenge the finding.
Just toss a coin, guys!
Kidding.
May justice prevail.

The reason why Coleman is challeneging is because during the recount they were counting more ballets in counties than of people who actually live there. 25 counties were reporting that they had more ballets cast then actual people. Democrats= If you can't win cheat!
Perez, you should change your title. The seat was never an "open" seat. Coleman is the incumbent, and Franken the challenger.
Perez - I know you were just in MN - did you take a random poll of how people feel about this and who should be in office? The majority of educated people (not that you'd find to many at MOA) would find that Norm shoud be in office. Too many people read the likes of you and get a slanted viewpoint. Please come back, call me and I can educate you on what Norm has done for MN and why Franken really moved back to his hometown "roots". Please, before you post again look into the facts, open your mind to the possibilty that voting down party lines doesn't always work - that said, Go Obama!
