Re: JenFraud_is_a_MORON – Oh dear, I feel your pain. Imagine if Huvane decides to parade Aniston out on Oscar night. For every nomination of Jolie-Pitt, every smile exchanged among the two, the camera will pan to PATHETIC LOSER ANISTON who has to have her usual FAKE GRIN pasted on her face. How sad, sad, pathetic, pathetic is that? See, it's better to stay away from A-listers. Tata!

    Re: cassielacoeur
STFU. He deserves the nomination because he was a brilliant actor, and his performance is Dark Knight is the only good thing about that movie.

    103

Hmm…they should toss out Mickey Rourke's nom and give it to Leonardo DiCaprio.

I have no opinion one way or the other over TCCOBB (haven't seen it) the Jolie's film.

    I hope Kate Winslet wins!

  4. 104

    Interesting….

  5. 105

Re: Laury – it was a terrible movie all round and if you knew anything about Batman you would know that he STILL got it wrong. Jack Nicholson did and so did Heath Ledger. He is only being nominated because he died and if Josh Brolin (who is a fucking awesome actor, and doesn't need the death hype) doesn't win, then there is something wrong with the american voting system…..oh wait…..

  6. 106

Re: Laury – oh and no one should deserve an oscar nomination if they were the only diamond in a pile of shit.

  7. 107

Yeayyyy would LOVE TO SEE BRANGELINA LOSERS FACE ONCE AGAIN… what are they gonna do once they realize that they lose ??? Will they fuck in the table just to get some attention???? Oh that would be so Angelina Billy Bob…
    It's Kate Winslet's year bitches!!!

  8. rhilo says – reply to this

    108

Fuck you AMPAS, for snubbing the best actor of his generation- Leonardo Dicaprio.

  9. 109

I'm watching just to see Brad get the Oscar…if he doesn't I'm going to be pissed!….

  10. 110

    Wall-E better win!!!!! And Angelina!!

  11. 111

I don't understand how some of you people can sit there and complain when Perez talks shit about someone and then when he is actually nice to people you get still pissed… so fucking stupid. Leave them alone, you're all just jealous.

    Re: Big Black Dick
    aaahahahahha
you may possibly be the rudest person around on this site but damn that made me laugh xD

I hope Amy Adams and Kate Winslet win (:

    and Wall-E !

  14. 114

What is wrong with you people, why is ange a whore?? She is a great actress and her and brad are wonderful parents.

    Re: cassielacoeur

I know Dark Knight was a terrible movie, I hated it. But Heath Ledger was great as the Joker, way better than Jack Nicholson. The fact that he's dead makes no difference whatsoever, he would've been nominated even if he hadn't died.

  16. 116

    Dark Knight FTW!

  17. 117

OK. I saw Milk, and I wanted James Franco to get a nomination for Best Supporting Actor. Josh Brolin was really not that good. I saw Tropic Thunder. Robert Downey, Jr. was fine. But not Oscar nomination good. Actually that old druggie actor was better. I want Heath to win bcz I love Heath. He is even my avatar. But I don't see why every time Ron Howard makes one of his boring movies he gets a nomination. Sheesh! He is almost as bad as Clint Eastwood.
I think Brad Pitt ought to win for Benjamin Button. But I am really sorry The Dark Knight didn't get best picture nomination…and Frost/Nixon did. I am also sorry that Leo didn't get nominated. I want to see Ann Hathaway win. But Meryl Streep probably will win. Which I don't mind. Slumdog will win for Best Picture and be like Crash was when it beat Brokeback Mountain. This year, everyone will expect Benjamin Button to win, but it will be Slumdog. Because people don't like Fincher.

  18. 118

Re: Kate27 – So sorry, being nominated is already a win. Which, of course, your JenJen will never, ever experience.

  19. 119

Re: Laury – noi he wouldn't have! it would have been a summer blockbuster none the less, but a lot more people went to go and see it because it was Heath ledgers 'last' film, and they were so sad he was dead blah blah blah.

Its bullshit. he does not deserve to win, he can not do anything with his win, and in real life, heath made what 3 good films?? Josh Brolin is awesome, and DESERVES it. heath Ledger OD'd, died and deserves nothing, but for us to remember as him as an OKAyish actor, who was a bit hot.

    In other words, nothing special.

The only special thing he did was die, and guess what we all die.

  20. 120

angelina ho lies is shiteous.. doubt she will win. she paid the academy. HA
ccobb is just glamorous forrest gump

  21. 121

No Leonardo DiCaprio? He was so good in Revolutionary Road….! Sad that that stupid curious case of benjamin button is in every single category……that movie sucked!

  22. 122

I hope everyone wins but…..Brad and Angelina!

  23. pooja says – reply to this

    123

yay slumdog i hope they win all the awards, shocked leo is not nominated what a snub. hope branglina lose i hate them SOOO much.

  24. lamat says – reply to this

    124

  25. 125

Why is revolutionary road only have like 2 noms? that movie was AMAZING! and yy is kate nominated for thr reader and not revolutionary road? AND YY IS LEO DICAPRIO NOT NOMINATED!!!

  26. 126

They would won if there were prizes for BEST LIAR and BEST HOMEWRECKER! hahahahahahahahahaha

  27. 127

    what happened to Ralph Fiennes

  28. 128

They must be hard up for nominating Heath.

  29. 129

Ane the winner of the movie " Biggest Whore In Hollywood" goes to …Skanolina Jolie and both pairs of her swollen lips

  30. rumi says – reply to this

    130

ha ha LettyB's funny :) and slumdog got 10 nominations not very far from benjamin button. perez take your ass out of jolie ass already

  31. 131

    Big fraud!

If any of you saw either of these two losers in a movie and had no idea who they were, you wouldn't be moved or awed by their looks or performances. You've all had hollywood shoving them down your throats for years and you've eaten it up, hook line and sinker. Don't be such sheep! Think for yourselves. Objectively WATCH their performances and tell me honestly that you think they're memorable. You can't. And if you try, you're a liar.

  32. 132

Robert Downey Jr got a nod??? For Tropic Thunder?????????????????

  33. 133

i hope milk wins something! it was the best movie of the year by far!!!

  34. 134

Awesome! MIA is up for an Oscar!!!

  35. 135

They are not gonna win sorry they didnt win anything they didnt win in the award shows before the oscars. Maybe the movie but not for best actor or actress

  36. 136

I was really pulling for WALL-E for a Best Picture nomination. I'm glad it was nominated for Best Original Screenplay.

It sucks, but there were too many good movies this year and they picked the five best. They can't not put in a Holocaust movie for Best Picture! I guess Ricky Gervais was right when he said that Kate Winslet should do a Holocaust film to finally win an Oscar. :)

  37. 137

I hope Anne Hathaway, Mickey Rourke, Penelope Cruz and Heath Ledger win!!!! By the way congrats to the royal couple hahaa MANiston fans are so pissed!!! Sorry, that manly bitch won't ever get nominated, she gets outshined even by A DOG!! So freaking sad haha.

  38. 138

No Springsteen? No Michael Sheen? No Wrestler or Dark Knight for Best Movie? Crappy awards show.

  39. 139

None of these two deserve the nomination. She was totally overact and he was a zombie, nothing, no emotion there…..I always host a party for the Oscars but this year I pass….I don't care about the nominations except for Meryl Strrep, she was totally awasome!!!!!!!

And I can't forgive the academy for ignoring Leonardo DiCaprio…He was without a doubt the best actor of the year…Shame on the academy!

  40. 140

perez your sleazy pornstars (as s/o else here said)will lose once again.the oscars this yr are extremely boring.I'm 100% sure Mickey Rourke and Heath Ledger will win.the rest of them,I couldn't care less.

  41. 141

Button movie doesn't compare to Slumdog. I don't know why Button is nominated with so many awards, not worth my money!!

  42. 142

    dark knight got fucking gipped

  43. 143

Wow…thats ridiculous. I'm amazed that Bruce Springsteen didn't get a nomination for best song, Nolan didn't get a best director nomination and Revolutionary Road got screwed out of so many. Why so many for TCCOBB? Go to www.funnyordie.com and search "The curious case of forrest gump"

  44. 144

    Re: MsMykie7

    100% TRUE.

When actors/actresses in Hollywood let their celebrity status overshadow them, it becomes increasingly difficult for the audience to connect with the characters they play.

And their two nominations just come to show how far down the shit-hole the Oscars have gone.

  45. Savii says – reply to this

    145

Omfg Robert Downey Jr for Tropic Thunder? That shit is fucking pathetic.

And you know what. I agree with people. it is TIME for Leo Dicaprio to WIN AN OSCAR. Kate better win. My pick for best actor is Sean Penn, he was PHENOMENAL in Milk.

  46. 146

    KATE WINSLET!
    KATE WINSLET!
    KATE WINSLET!

  47. 147

WTF ? Where is Clint Eastwood (Gran Torino) for the best actor category ?!

  48. 148

    YAY for Heath!

  49. 149

    Danny Elfman RULES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
All hail the Mystic Knights of the Oingo Boingo.

  50. 150

The Curious Case of Bejamin Button wasnt great, it shouldnt have 13 nominations

  51. 151

I am SOOOOO bored with the two of them…

  52. 152

What! No Leonardo nomindation! Thats bullshit :( and i cant believe Kate was only nominated for the reader! This year is all wrong

  53. 153

Hey look! Someone (Jenfraud, of COURSE) brought up Jennifer Aniston! What a surprise. I think JenFraud IS Jennifer Aniston.

  54. 154

i want brangelina to win. suck it maniston!!!!

  55. 155

The Oscars are such a fucking joke. What do you say about a voting contingent that chose "Shakespeare in Love" over "Saving Private Ryan" - WTF??? And the same voters took over 30 years and 6 nominations before FINALLY recognizing Martin Scorcese???? Such BS - I will not be watching this year!! Not that I ever been much for watching them.
    Re: Snickers

And how did Nicolas Cage get best actor for "Leaving Las Vegas" over Mel Gibson who played William Wallace in "Braveheart"?

How did "Out of Africa" beat out "The Color Purple"?

  56. 156

Re: ****MRS.JOSH*HOLLOWAY**** – AMen sister! I was shocked and angry!!!

  57. 157

Re: Mrs Lia Cullen – THANK YOU and Amen! Leo and "Revolutionary Road" were both shafted!!

  58. 158

How much have them paid for the nominations???????

  59. 159

This is soooooo funny! May be they will realize now that they will not get awarded for being a homewrecker!

  60. 160

She is thin like Olive and He is ugly as a sin!
