Anna Nicole Smith's former attorney and "alleged" lover, Howard K. Stern, has sued a guy named Mark Speer (who used to work for the ex-lawyer of Anna Nicole's sperm donor, Larry Birkhead) for allegedly feeding Anna Nicole biographer, Rita Cosby, a shit storm of lies.
Guess who has come to Howard K.'s aid in his lawsuit against Speer?
None other than former rival Larry B. himself!
According to reports, Larry just filed a sworn declaration taking issue with stuff Speer supposedly told the biographer:
- Birkhead says he never told Bahamian cops Stern stole millions of bucks from Anna Nicole.
- Birkhead denies he was on a "mission" to get Stern investigated for the death of Daniel.
- Birkhead denies he and Stern horse-traded Dannielynn in return for Howard becoming executor.
We smell something fishy!

As Howard is the executor of anna's estate, when the large settlement comes in from Anna's old rich exhubby, Stern will be in charge of that money. Larry has to play nice to make sure his daughter (and him) are nicely rewarded. Of course Larry could always sue the Estate of Anna (i.e. Howard) but that could be a long drawn out process. No doubt Howard made a deal with Larry to retract those comments to ensure Larry and his daughter gets sum money.

It is SOOOOOOO obvious that trashy, mole-faced Jackie Hatten or Anna's fat, money-grubbing momma are posting these responses. As an average person, fan of Anna…I NEVER believed that Stern would PURPOSELY hurt her. If anyone watched her show it was obvious he worshipped her. Maybe he enabled her but it was obvious Anna got what she wanted. Huge settlement? Are you nuts??? Stern doesn't have a chance in heck at winning anything from the Marshall familiy. I'm shocked that the 9th Circuit hasn't already come back in favor of the family (…if only they would stop dealing with academic issues such as the probate exceptions). The only thing that Stern will be handling is the PILES of debt that this frivolous lawsuit incured.
Umm Howard obviously assumed he was gonna get a shit storm of money from Anna Nicoles estate, strange that he was the only one present when her son and herself ODed. Am I the only one that believes once the girl he thought was his was born he decided to off the her son and then her for money?

He abused Valium.Daniel was the only child, center of the world.I think he was upset when his half sister was born.He was no longer number one in Anna's life.He had a history of depression, he used Lexapro, Zoloft, Valium and other antidepressants.Perhaps he thought Stern was the father and wanted to punish his mother and HKS.I watched Anna's reality show, and i saw very strange, abnormal bond between Daniel and his mother. He even slept in bed with his mother though he was 20! Stern is schmuck , and i don't think he was able to kill two people.Plus, Anna's Estate was insolvent with debts and unpaid bills.He lost his cash cow, that's why he is sad and angry.Marshall money will never come, pipe dream!!
