Katy Perry Says She'd "Rather Die" Than Be Celibate

Katy Perry wants to set the record straight regarding reports that quoted her as saying she was going celibate for a year after her break up with Travis McCoy. Except for kisses for her cat, Kitty Purry.
She says that she meant it only as a joke and that the joke was taken out of context.
"That was a joke!" Katy says. "And any fine journalist would have gotten that joke and inserted that in the context. I'm not going to be celibate, I guess I'm just going to be looking for the right one. But please! Celibacy for a whole year?! I'd rather die!" Katy laughs. "That's just how the media works," she continues, "I'm a continual prankster and a jokester, and people forget that you have to interpret that if I'm telling a joke."
She'll just have to kiss a different kind of pussy!
