Madonna vs. Guy: Still At Odds!

All is well in splitsville for Madonna and Guy Ritchie.
Divorce proceedings between the two were said to be amicable and all was going well with splitting up the time between the kids.
Lourdes is said to live with Madonna in the US and 3-year-old David will be dividing his time between the US and Britain. However, when it comes down to their 8-year-old son Rocco, Madonna and Guy's only biological child, the couple can't come to agreements on which parent he should live with.
Obviously, Madge wants him in the US with her, and Ritchie wants him to live and go to school in England.
Madonna and Ritchie have each hired some of the top rated family lawyers to settle the child custody issue.
Whatever happens, let's hope it's in the best interest of the kids.

Keep that kid as far from Madonna as possible, she is too busy touring, and obsessivly trying to stay young to worry about the everyday needs of a child.

They have been living in England for 9 (?) years, the boy was born and raised there. Madonna should do the right thing and stay in England, so as to cause as least upset as possible. Why should the boy suffer having to change schools and friends? Plus, her career is more important then her family and will not provide a stable life for Rocco (or the other kids for that matter). I'm sure Guy loves the adopted kid, but he is Madonna's charity project.

I don't blame Guy. Who would want their kid growing up with a dictator who will not allow cake even on Birthdays. I guess he is not that emotioanly invested in David but is willing to put up a fight to give Rocco a normal life. Let's face it.
