Haylie Duff has (once again) little sister Hilary to thank for getting her a job.
"Singer and actress" Haylien has just landed a role alongside Hilary in her new sitcom, Barely Legal.
Got to keep it all in the family.
As part of Hilary landing the lead role, sources claim she also insisted that her 23 year-old sister be given a recurring role.
One source says, "Haylie will play the big sister who visits from time to time."
Is Momma Duff gonna be making cameos too??????

However that is lame!…Maybe it wouldn't be as desperate if Hilary just got her the audition but to put it into her contract!?…If there is any legitimacy to that statement I would be embarassed to be Haylie. I would rather struggle then get something handed to me because of someone else especially forcing someone to give me something. Lame way to attain a "career."

Haylie is a big loser, she spoiled Seven Heaven for me, her performance was sooo lame and stupid it made look the entire show dull… Hilary needs to take a break from her, she is truly talented and able to get good roles and grow as an artist… the whole we are family is not good for the Duff's… it just makes Hilary look stupid!

Wow. I know people are hard on "celebrities," but this seems unusually harsh. Its not like she's covered in boils and has a hairlip. I actually watched the shiteous movie they made together (Material Girls?) when it was on Showtime out of morbid curiosity. Truth be told, I thought Haylie was the better actress. Which really isn't saying much.
