Tragedy In Belgium, Our Heart Goes Out To Everyone There

An evil, heartless, clearly insane man went on a killing rampage in a Belgian child day care center today in the cit of Dendermonde, just outside of Brussels.
The murderer, who has thus far been unidentified, killed two children and a female worker and sending 10 others to the hospital.
The man was caught by police shortly after he fled the scene of the crime by bicycle.
If they don't have the death penalty in Belgium, then they better institute it for this vile subhuman!
So awful. So awful.

I'm from Belgium and Dendermonde is not far away from me so I think I can be scared now. Who does something like this?
