The peeps at Page Six Magazine had the "privilege " of working with Jeremy Piven for their latest mag cover.
Writer Annie Karni recounts the goings-on at the cover shoot:
"This isn't my first time on the merry-go-round," he shot at a staffer who asked that he pose for a traditional headshot and make eye contact with the camera. "You want mediocre? I can give you mediocre." He mocked the crew by grinning like he was posing for a DMV shot. An hour later, Jeremy didn't want to give mediocre anymore. He popped his collar. He ducked under the photographer so that the camera would catch him at a height-enhancing angle. Letting out a gutteral moan, he ripped the sleeves off a $350 Giorgio Armani shirt."
Maybe the mercury poisoning has brought him down a notch.

I am attracted to his character on Entourage and I think he does a fine job of it on there. I guess that its growing up in LA and thinking that people like that are normal…Can't help it.
When I go visit my normal relatives in the mid west then you know I realize what REAL normal people are like! They are genuine. They have integrity. They are the complete opposite of his character. I find that really really refreshing. But then I get bored because I miss the assholes in LA.

Piven rocks. The guy makes Entourage what it is. He's a great actor. I've also seen his Journey of a Lifetime show where he eats plenty of fish. I just took 10 seconds and did a Google search for "Mercury in Tuna" and up came a story the NY Times did a year ago about mercury levels being so high in some sushi places that the EPA could take legal action. So knowing he eats plenty of fish. Knowing that mercury is found in high levels in fish. And knowing that mercury is very toxic. Couldn't it be highly likely that he does/did have a true medical issue?
But because some no name arrogant Broadway actors, who are gay, are on the wrong end of his leave from a Broadway show you continue to throw Piven under the bus.
