Slash is suing mad because he claims he was lied to by some real estate agents.
Back in 2006, he and wifey bought what said agents called a party pad. But, the Slash family ended up selling the home because it did not meet their pAArtying standards.
The guitarist guy claims the home was smaller than advertised and did not have good parking for party purposes because it butted up to a permit only public street.
Well, a judge has ruled that Slash's case could move forward.
The realtors, on the other hand, say they're confident and will win the case.
Don't eff with Slash and his partying, y'all!

Slash won't win.
Unless the realtors hid info/ lied about the permitted streets or SQ FT, and he can prove it with a flyer or email - you can't sue someone over the difficulty of "partying" in your house or people coming to visit. Thats a city or HOA issue.

Oh, puh-leeze! Here's a real estate lesson for ya kids: Seller's Property Disclosure report is used as a guide. It's the BUYERs responsiblity to verify all facts and figures. That's why you hire an appraiser, etc. Shame on the judge for letting this move forward. Nuff said !
