We Could Have Had a Senator Oprah?!
Bob's Big Boy's twin, soon-to-be-impeached Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich, skipped out on his impeachment hearing today, Monday, and embarked on a major media tour instead.
And, the finely coiffed one dropped quite a bomb on Good Morning America this morning, one of his first stops.
He revealed to Diane Sawyer that he considered offering chat queen Oprah Winfrey the vacated Obama senate seat he's been accused of trying to 'sell'.
Blago acknowledged that if he had offered, Super O probably wouldn't have taken it.
Yeah, duh!
Dayum, Blago! You're either truly bat shiz insane or a complete attention seeker.

"No, it (the idea to offer the spot to Opes) came to me from a friend," said the wacky gov. "And then along the considerations we discussed whether or not it made any sense, she seemed to be someone who would help Barack Obama in a significant way become president. She was obviously someone with a much broader bully pulpit than other senators. She probably wouldn't take it. And then we talked about if you offered it to her, how would you do it in a way that it didn't look like it was some [unintelligible] to try to embarrass her."
Blago's assault on America continues with appearances on The View and Larry King later today, Monday.
We can't wait to see all the crazy he'll give to us on those shows!

Psycho. The term for it, I think, is Supra-Ego. This guy is either doing a really good acting job, or he is psyhotic. The Supra-ego is someone who thinks they are infalliable, and have a complete lack of comprehension of what's going on around them.

I actually met a Supra-Ego on a very large law suit ~ the guy was in prison at the time, and was only coming out to testify ~ creeped me out. He seemed to NOT get that he was in prison for life. Here's the funny part ~ guy was sentenced to 25 yrs, and got general prison population. Let me tell ya', after about 3-4 months in hard core jail, the guy was a nutcase. . . . Just not before when he was busy trying to shoot his wife.
