World's Largest Cheesecake Baked In Mexico City - Delicioso!

The world's largest cheesecake was constructed and then consumed in Mexico City!
The cake weighed in at 2 tons and required a ton of cream cheese, another ton of yogurt, 770 pounds of pastry, 550 pounds of sugar, 330 pounds of butter, 55 cooks, and 60 hours of work.
We can't even begin to imagine how many calories the cake is worth!
Chef Miguel Angel Quezada earned a spot in the Guinness Book of World Records on Sunday at an event sponsored by Kraft Foods, where 20,000 slices were served up.
Where were the Golden Girls?!

that math is no good. a ton of cream cheese, a ton of yogurt, (that's two tons) plus another 1600 pounds or so, that's almost 3 tons. SOMEBODY DIDN'T CHECK THE MATH!!

Mario you should just copy these articles verbatum rather than trying to put your own interpretation on them. The reports say "2-ton calories.", not 2 tons weight. As you can tell the ingredients added up to more than two tons. It obviously was not a cooked cake because there were not eggs.
