SUED! Jessica Simpson's Woes Continue With A Lawsuit

Things are really not going well for Jessica Simpson!
Back in 2005, JSimpleson shot an exercise video for the "Speedfit System."
She was desperate for work even back then! And apparently suffering from a bit of the Lindsay Lohan because she was reportedly "a mess during the shoot," showing up "tipsy." Or do they mean "ditzy?"
Either way, the company asked for a do-over, which Simpleson refused, and now, owner Alex Astilean is suing Jessica for a $10 million breach of contract.
Jessica should do more than reshoot the video, she should sign up for the program - stat!

This is old news…Jess wanted her high school friend and workout instructor from when she was doing The Dukes of Hazard, Mike Alexander, to be included in the video and the owner of the system Alex didn't want to share any of the credit. Too bad for him, because in the contract Jessica ultimately had final approval if they'd release it or not.
Still love Jess…what we really should be talking about is her new single "Pray Out Loud", her tour with Rascal Flatts that started last week, or even her movie that will be released on dvd "Private Valentine" which I've already pre-ordered and looks like it will be a cute movie.

Why is it ok for her to make millions of dollars off of her body when she is really thin and give "all the young girls complexes about their bodies", but now that she gains this weight everyone is expected to defend her?
