On Tuesday, Matthew McConaughey and his hot Brazilian baby momma hit the Hollywood Brazilian Film Festival.

All those days frolicking on sunny beaches (shirtless) aren't doing anything for the actor's face.

Look at the lines and stuff around his eyes.

Time to get a nice, big beach hat!

And a good dermatologist!
