but you def need to keep better tabs if you're going to jump on the music boat. the bird and the bee have been around for a while!!! and this song is old news. give us stuff we HAVEN'T heard before! [but if you're all about spotlighting older artists give COCOROSIE a shout out. there music NEEDS to be spread around the world!]

anyway, i understand the wish to keep great music under the radar…
but being an ex-music snob.
good music is good music… and even if it becomes popular and appreciated for reasons other than the reasons someone "truly appreciative" holds… i think it's not something to be too upset over. and all the better for artists… it's their livelihood!
