We guess that after Ashton got mad, had a hissy fit, and made a video, he then smoked a bowl and contemplated some deep thoughts, because he's just made another recording, repenting his earlier rant.
He also tries to convince us that, yes, he's working, pledges to be more tolerant of his neighbors, gives us his blessing, and has a mushy conversation with Demi over the phone.
The only thing this video lacks is a guest appearance from Miss Potato Head.

I understand his pain, which is the reason I moved out of WeHo. Venice is the only safe haven away from construction noise, because it requires way more permits. It is so irritating! We all know a lot of people in LA: work from home, freelance or work odd hours. I think there should be more construction regulations. I had friend install double windows because of construction noise. And. Let's not forget about people and their hedges that block out views we paid good money for. Then, the idiots who decide to put in pool with an irritating motor that runs constantly. All you people from M-states need shut-up. You pay min. 2 million for a house to be bothered by obstruction of views, construction and pool motor noise. Seriously!!!
