We're beginning to wonder if Jessica Simpson's weight gain is just some Papa Joe-orchestrated publicity stunt, because it's certainly put the D-Lister back in the headlines!
Not only that, but now the rest of the Simpson clan gets to comment on it as well.
We've already heard from Asslee Simpson, and now her tittay-milk-sucking husband gets to say something too.
Peen Wentz told Extra, "I think that the media puts too harsh of a spotlight on women in general and I think it's a bummer. It's bad for young women. I see it affecting young girls who come to our shows and that's a bummer. Real beauty is on the inside, man."

Jessica isn't fat, it is as simple as that. We are all used to seeing scrawny underweight celebrities and are actually starting to think that it is normal. I'm sure that she isn't much different than Selma Hyack (sp?).

There are some topics that most women do not want to be made public. They do not want this to be the "headline" of the day. So I highly doubt that Jessica would have planted this story for the attention. I have never agreed with talking about anyone's weight. Fat or too thin this is something that DOES impact many young girls lives. I don't feel that anyone should be a "role model" for young kids, but that is how the world works. So when these young kids see the headlines of how someone is fat, and they can see they are larger they began to think how the world must look at them. How disgusting they must be! Unless you have dealt with a loved one with an eating disorder, or you have lived with it yourself you can't possibly see the damage that it truly does to these kids. So please… be the first perez to man up and STOP reporting on these issues! It they are wanting publicity, well you are feeding into them anyway! SO STOP!
