I read a scathing article on katy hudson (her real name) in the ny post basically calling her a fraud, she came out with a christian rock album praising jesus which did nothing, in 2004 teamed up with Avril's former producers "the matrix" which did nothing, then changed her hair colour, name and morals just so she could become mainstream, on top of that I googled reviews of her album, not just were they universally panned but they destroyed her album, they also questioned perez hilton's taste in music.

I absolutely CANNOT STAND Katy Perry. Anyone on this forum that is saying "omg I love her" has no understanding of what good quality music really is. Try listening to something of substance rather then spoon fed fake pop bullshit. Her lyrics are juvenile at best not to mention her talent level ranks with a 3rd grader. SHE CANNOT SING. Am I the only person who has heard her try to sing live on youtube? Or her terrible performance at the MTV Music Awards? (they had her on that little side stage trying to "sing" a Madonna song). She is pathetic and a joke. It disgusts me that she gets so much press and is even considered for a grammy.
