Madonna Wins Major Custody Battle

Madonna has won a court order to move little Rocco Ritchie and David Banda, the sons she shares with English director Guy Ritchie, to New York City.
After the decision was reached, a 'friend' immediately reached out to the London media to blab.

According to reports, Madge is set to get the US residency order made permanent in two weeks.

Plus he is bound to be sad about loosing his kids, she's not exactly a stay at home mother is she the amount of travelling she does. The UK would be a great base for them, and yes the British do have a good sense of Humour, least they can take the piss out of each other without getting offended.

I wonder why she got custody. To be honest, she isn't really as established as Guy, as in she isn't at home often. She is set to go on another tour and her kids will always be with nannies! I think Guy would be with the kids a lot more than Madonna would.

guy should at least have partial custody. Madonna TOURS and travels all the time. She doesn't have the time to adequately take care of the children all the time. Does Guy travel and do tours? I definitly thing the court made the wrong decison. Why should the kids have to move to another country when they've lived in England their whole lives? And Madonna is always travelling and she's going on a huge tour this summer so obviously she can't exactly provide a stable home for the boys. I know that the courts usually side with the mother but in this case I think its wrong.
