You know, we can all piss and moan about every little penny the Terminator is reaching for, but face facts: the state is BROKE!! More than broke. It's like Donald Trump in the early 90's. Be glad you aren't one of those state workers being forced to take off two days/month unpaid. Sacrifices are necessary in this time of economic turmoil.
