Britney To Cancel Tour If Her Kids Can't Come With Her!

We saw this one coming!
Sources close to Britney say she will cancel her much-anticipated, much-hyped Circus tour if her kids can't come with her.
According to insiders, Brit Brit, K Fed, and Daddy Spears have been working out a plan in which the kids would be stationed in 3 different homes in New Jersey, New Orleans, and Los Angeles, and FedEx would get his own pad at each spot as well.
Additionally, Brit will pay FedEx an extra $4,000 a week while she is on tour.
The problem is that FedEx's lawyers got pissed that Brit, K-Fed, and Jamie were conspiring without their consent, and are objecting to the proposed arrangement. If the kids can't come with, Britney is threatening to cancel her tour altogether.

FedEx's lawyers work for him, not the other way around. They don't have a right to object or consent to anything. They have absolutely no standing to contest the arrangement. Their only remedy is to request to be relieved as counsel.

This "story" of wanting to have the kids around her while touring sounds like subterfuge or an alibi to get out of the Circus Tour. Maybe Britney never wanted to take her show on the road or she's had "second thoughts" (assuming she's capable of having "thoughts") it because she knows lip syncing and gyrating at age 27 isn't acceptable like it was when she was 18. There's something else going on behind the scenes here other than her desire to have the boys near by…
IF Britney wrangles her way out of her Circus Tour with this feeble excuse, she'll be able to revert to her typical pattern of blaming someone else. "It wasn't my fault Kevin wouldn't let the kids follow me from place to place"; "the lawyers wouldn't agree to allowing me my visitation rights", etc. Britney (or her managers or father) have known for months that she was going to "on tour" and NOW this is surfacing? She's getting scared of facing the public scrutiny OR she never wanted to do a Tour in the first place. Hopefully, Jive Record Company will slap her with a law suit if she backs out at this late date and her few remaining fans will finally kiss her off…

But it sounds like a pretty crappy arrangement for EVERYONE. I'm the 1st to buy tix to her show (love her) but I honestly never understood moms who drag their kids on the road when there's a daddy at home to take care of them. No doubt they both love their kids, but it seems like she's too freakin' wackadoo and Kevin's just trying to keep things on an even keel.
