Tampa residents, beware, Nick Hogan is behind the wheel of a car again!
Last year, a judge ordered that Nick have his driver's license revoked for three years. You know, because of that horrible accident back in August of 2006 that Nick caused while speeding and almost killing his friend - leaving him permanently brain damaged, though.
Well, Nick is now legally allowed to drive. Somewhat.
According to the spokesperson for the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, the irresponsible driver will receive a "business-purposes-only driver's license" this coming Friday.
That's only about 3 days left of safety on the streets!
Wonder what the family of Nick's former friend, John Graziano, thinks of this???
But more importantly, what type of work does Nick even have????
And why the hell can't he just be forced to take the bus or ride a bike?

People who lose their licences and then get them back for only work-purposes, generally drive around like they have a full and normal lisence. The boy doesn't seem to have any work, so he could always just claim he's on the way to a gig or photoshoot… whatever the hell he does. I think that you should only get your lisence back (under these work-related circumstances) if you need to continue at a job you already had that was supporting you and your family. If you're a prissy playboy living off of your parents that for some reason feel bad for you, like you are some sort of fucking victim, you should be up shits creek. The Hogans should be paying someone to drive the bitch around.

To be a bit more serious I think he has suffered in a deep and depressing way. I am sure he is human with emotions of regret. I use to crazy shit at his age and never really thought about the worst scenario possible each time. It is unfortunate that he had to learn this lesson in this manner and that he will forever be reminded of it as he is publicly stoned for his mistakes and regrets. It has to be torturous and depressing. How can anyone possibly make up for such a tragedy. So easy to kick someone when they are down isn't it.

Having never been faced with nearly killing my best friend while being FELONY stupid behind the wheel of a car, this is easy for me to say… I would have driven my last mile. I have to think that anyone with good sense would do the same thing, this just proves to me that his sense of entitlement is like no other. The WHOLE WORLD revolves around those people, what a shame and a helluva way to live your life. You can bet that his business hours license won't be used for completing community service or checking on his "friend" in the rehab hospital.
