Vivica A. Fox is asking the Psychic Friends Network to "cease and desist immediately" the use of video and images of her "unauthorized likeness, footage, voice and photographs as an endorsement of their service."
Uhmm, how is the footage unauthorized if she filmed it????

In an email statement, the straight-to-DVD Private Valentine: Blonde & Dangerous co-star (opposite Simpson) wrote, "Vivica A. Fox is no friend of The Psychic Friends Network."
Then why did she record with them in the first place?!
There are no other details regarding her infomercial stint, the fliers and videos of which hit the internet yesterday, apart from the fact that it's some pretty hilarious shiz!

Actually it looks like she might have taped that years ago for the ORIGINAL psychic friends network. It appears to be added to current footage to advertise the relaunch. If you notice what little bit of the logo you can see in her footage is different than the logo they use on the screen.
