It seems Brad Pitt is trying to make some extra money.
The hot poppa purchased a house in Malibu back in 2005 after breaking up with that ex-wife of his.
Back then, Pitt paid $8,000,000 for the pad. But, now, the father of six has quietly placed the beautiful home for sale.
The asking price?
Just $18,000,000!
That's a bit unrealistic for a $10 million spike in just over 3 years. Especially in THESE shiteous economic times!
Either way, the former bachelor pad property "includes a glass-walled contemporary house perched on the bluff overlooking the ocean, a large swimming pool, a tennis court and A-list neighbors that include Cindy Crawford and Leonardo DiCaprio."
Still not worth $18 million, we think.

The house is ugly. A bad attempt at the 1960s glass ranch style.
But it's the property you'd pay for. The house would be torn down and something else big. $18 million is too much- maybe $12 million, and that's because of the location and the land value.
He's a greedy bitch trying to use his star status and critical acclaim on his last film to cash in. Maybe one of these greedy wallstreet pigs might buy it just to say they have a house that brad pitt once owned and never lived in.

There are always those who can afford it, the super rich set. And if you have any experience in real-estate transactions, you know that the "asking price" and the real price is a series of negotiations. If he asked $8M, then he would have sold it for $6M or so–I don't know. $18M is a bluff, but that's how it works. He will be probably happy around $10M anyway. They are international super stars. They don't have to frequent Malibu/hollywood and eat in Ivy like the wannabe movie star ex-wife Aniston, the older version of Paris and LiLo.

There are still people around who have money and might want that location. It's not unrealistic to them. For the little time they are in one place, it makes sense to get rid of properties you don't really need.

Well, their movies haven't done as well, they both are not well liked or received by their fellow actors, plus with buying other million dollar homes, something's gotta give. I guess Angelina has made him sell his possible and future escape pad when he freaks out and leaves her or vice versa. Though, they are looking more pleasant at each other in pictures lately. I guess when they don't have anyone but each other and their six kids and most people have become sick of these two, they had to start liking each other fast.
