Barron Hilton's DUI Comes Back To Bite

Uh oh!

Looks like Paris Hilton's baby brother, Barron Hilton, is still getting flack from his early morning DUI arrest last February.

In addition to three years probation, Hilton is now being sued by a gas station employee, Fernando Mendoza Tellez, who is claiming the underage celebutard knocked into him with his Mercedes Benz before being pulled over and detained by police in Malibu.

Let's hope Barron takes a note from his big sis and has learned his lesson for good.

It's gonna be a costly one!
