Courtney Manages To Look Mostly Sober

Courtney Love sure cleans up nicely!

At the Elle Style Awards in London on Monday, C. Lo managed to sober up in time to let her stylist make her fashion choices for her.

And the result was pretty pleasant!

Although, Courtney is still obviously a little spaced out.

To be honest, we wouldn't have her any other way!

She looks good for Courtney. I wish she'd lay off the botox and skin re-surfacing tho. The fish lips and cheek implants (and various nose jobs) make her look older, like Joan Rivers, not younger like she wants. But she looks good, off drugs, looking good Courtney!
