Katherine Heigl and T.R. Knight are officially out of Grey's Anatomy!
Finally!
What took them so long?
Co-star James Pickens Jr. confirmed the actors' departures.
"Yes, she is," Pickens says of Heigl's departure. "Wherever Katherine goes, I wish her nothing but the best."
Of Knight, "He's going too," Pickens said. "He just wanted to pursue other career paths."
But really, now, who didn't see that one coming?
Looks like Grey's is on its way out too!

I'm not sayin this season of Gre's has been fantastic, but that's still a bummer for the fans… I know it will take quite a bit to replace the two of them.

The show is already in the dumps , perhaps this will have the O.C. season four effect and it will return to its previous mediocrity .
ugh, i`m so pissed off about this news, i loved their characters! i think this is going to seriously ruin the show unless shonda can think of something great!!
This show won't last another season. It's not quality like ER where cast members can leave and the writers continue to produce great stories. Two key cast members leaving this already weak show will kill it.
