A source says Jay-Z ws enraged when he heard that douchebag Brown allegedly hit RiRi.
The source adds, "He hit the roof. Chris is a walking dead man. He messed with the wrong crew."
Another source had just confirms that during the fight, Chris "pimp-slapped her and punched her in the face."
So we can understand why Jay-Z is upset.
A few years ago RiRi even said in an interview "I just found out from a mutual friend that guys will talk to Jay first before they try to approach me. He's very protective. Jay has my best interests in mind. If it's a good guy, I know Jay won't shut him down. But if he's not, Jay will be, like, 'No, no, no.' "

Without an official statement, this is no more than fans assuming what Jay Z would be saying about the incident. He is a very private person, who wouldn't even speak about his own marriage. I find it hard to believe that he could be so vocal on this subject and no one would be able to get it on tape. In the industry, people tend to build their own families, and they will protect them like if it were blood. I just dont believe this story has any facts behind it besides Jay Z and Rihanna being close.
