The rapping power trio of Eminem, Dr. Dre and 50 Cent somehow managed to set a new Billboard record for first week download sales with the dud of a track Crack a Bottle.
The yawnworthy comeback from Feminem & Co. is the new #1 song in America. It steals the top spot from the previous opening week record holders, T.I. and Rihanna with 418,000 downloads, which puts them at #3 for the week behind Flo Rida's Low and Lady GaGa's Just Dance.

It's the genius of Eminem. He's stated very clearly in songs on past albums that he could put out a song about absolutely nothing and it would still fly off the shelves. Crack a Bottle is the lamest song ever, however it's a huge hit in (White) Middle America. All of the suburban (white) wanna-be hip hoppers relate to Eminem and they love the song, especially becasue Dre and 50 are on the track. The other night I went bowling (in the suburbs) and a bunch of (white)guys were hanging in the paring lot of the bowling alley blasting the song from their car and singing along.
