New Details From The Police Report!
Things are looking pretty bad for Bobby Chris Brown, but not as bad as they could be - legally, anyway.
While it's almost certain that Brown will be charged with felony domestic battery (the photos of Rihanna's injuries are said to be quite damning), whether or not he will be hit with the more serious charge of criminal threat is not as sure.
According to police reports, it was a text message from another woman that initiated the argument, during which Chris began hitting her. At that point, Rihanna ordered Chris to drive her home and "faked a call" to a friend, asking for the presence of police upon her arrival. Enraged, Brown threatened to kill her, and began hitting her again, much more aggressively. Somehow Rihanna removed the keys from the ignition and threw them into the street.
That's when Brown fled and police showed up. Rihanna told the cops that the incident was the culmination of escalating violence in an abusive relationship.
Since the basis for the criminal threat charge is Rihanna's one statement, the District Attorney's office sent the case back to authorities to gather more substantial evidence. According to a law enforcement source, "It's kinda weak, and the D.A. is not going to prosecute a high profile case like this unless it's solid."
Whether or not Brown is charged with criminal threat, however, is not going to save his tarnished reputation!

AND FROM WHAT SHE TOLD ME, IS THAT THE ARGUMENT STARTED OVER SOMETHING REALLY CRAZY. APPARENTLY THE FILE STATE THAT CHRIS HAS HERPES AND RIRI CONFRONTED HIM ABOUT IT BC SHE ALSO HAPPENED TO GET THEM. SHE ACCUSED HIM AND HE ACCUSED HER. BUT. WE ALL KNOW THAT THERE'S A 100% CHANCE THAT IT CAME FROM HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!! AFTER ALL SLUTS AND WHORES WILL THROW THEMSELVES ON HIM. IT ESCALATED TO PUNCHING AND BITING. SHE IS NOW BACK HOME IN HER COUNTRY TO STAY AWAY FROM THE MEDIA. BUT HE HAS NOW FILED CHARGES AGAINST HER…WHAT A COWARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I THINK HE REACTED OUTTA MIND AND DESPERATION, BC IN THE BACK OF HIS MIND HE KNEW HE'D F%&$ UP!!!!! I WOULDN'T POST THIS FOR BS. TRUST ME THIS SOURCE IS STRAIGHT FROM FILES! geez, way to ruin a hott picture…anyway! chris brown is innocent til proven guilty. theres other celebritys out there that have done way worse, not naming any names. i dont beleive these supposed storys were hearing from supposed sources are true, i think they dont know tha real story and i belieive that rhianna had alot to do with what happened thats why shes canceling gigs and hasnt made a statement, cuz theres 2 sides to every story. and i havent heard tha TRUTH YET. sooo until then i will still continue to buy chris brown c.d's and all that good stuff.and i think jay-z is being alittle too dramamtic.. seriously tha comment he supposedly made about chris brown, it makes jay-z sound over protected and an like an asshole. and if this SUPPOSE incident happened before why didnt she leave him?? and if people questioned her supposed marks why didnt they help her in some way. see what i mean, if this happened to her like everyone is saying, rhianna let this happen to her she should of left him along time ago. once again-it is wrong for any man or woman to be in an abusive relationship. theres alot of places to get help.

Theres no doubt chris is at fault in this situation, but rihanna isnt off the hook either. by chris not saying anything its only helpling him because rihanna cant get her story straight. i dont believe he beat the shit out of her but he did hit her and thats still not exceptable. we're not getting the full story

Re: warmfuzzy1 – Want to know why it goes unrecognized? Because women often go back to their abusive mate. It's hard on the investigators when they work together to put together a case and the women is right back with the man. Most cases but not all.
I can say this if a woman stays with a man after he has assulted her once then its her fault. There are to many resources out there that will help her.

domestic violence is definitely not acceptable but there HAS to be two sides of this story. people always jump on the "poor helpless female" side, when i heard that she was the one that beat up on chris. is that really fair? not at all.
