Leaving Las Vegas

After being harshly criticized for taking cover in Sin City, reports are now saying that Chris Brown has left the comfort of the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Vegas and intends to spend time with his mother, Joyce Hawkins, instead.
This is the first smart move the alleged woman beater has made all week long!
No word yet on the exact location of where mother and son will be meeting up, but whether it be in his home state of Virgina or elsewhere, anywhere is better than hiding out in Las Vegas!!

Perez - you are making pretty harsh allegations without even knowing what happened that night. Not that a man ever has any right to hit a woman, but shouldn't it work the other way, too?? She needs to accept some of this responsibility as well.

Some guys display a wierd sense of entitlement and don't get it. This guy just committed a freakin assault crime and goes to Vegas to party! That is so sad because he has missed an opportunity to learn and gain some depth as a person. He must learn something, begin to understand something. Life is not just party party party. There has to be character and sincerity and depth. Learn something, Chris and GET IT. You cannot be so full of yourself that you dominate girls, get your own way at the cost of an assault and just carry on like that is normal. Assaults are NOT normal. Live and learn from it and gain some humility. You should be so lucky to be alive and have had a girl like Rhianna.

Ok ok I in no way condone ANY TYPE OF BEATING… whether it's man on woman, woman on man or adult on child….BUT…. BUT…. we don't have the both sides to then comment on him or her. And like JAIMS said on here, she needs to take some responsibility as well. If she was so badly abused in this relationship then why stay with him this whole time? So if in fact it is all true about him then both him and her need help! Him for domestic abuse and her for accepting the abuse as well. She should have known that if he was a beater in previous arguements, it would just be a matter of time before he would explode and really let it get worst. And how is it that all the times he "supposedly" beat her, she never once said he threatened to "kill her" yet this one time he does? Again, I am not saying this didn't happen but come on RIHANNA you are not a little girl! You should have had some dignity and respect for yourself if in fact these beatings were always taking place and if you so much loved Chris then you should have sought out help for him since the beginning. Then this might have been avoided don't ya think?
I am not taking sides until all the truth is revealed but I agree with JAIMS where RIHANNA needs to take some responsibilities.
And one more thing, if Chris really didn't do all this "woman beating" thing then why would he have to feel guilty of partying in Vegas if he has nothing to worry about ultimately. I would be doing the same! Some people shop, some people drink, and some people just party…. so what?
Why hasn't Chris Brown had the courage to go to the media and say, "Yes, I did it and I am terribly sorry. I need help for my violent temper." Does he seriously think that HIDING from his hateful crime will make things any better for him? No, just the opposite. He needs to be a man NOW and accept that he caused his girlfriend terrible pain, and it isn't going to fly in the USA. Time to start caring about women's rights too, you know.

Rhianna has NO responsibility for Chris's actions. It was Chris who ALONE decided to use physical violence. Nothing Rhianna said provoked him. This does not have 2 sides. Chris made the decision to use physical violence and now has to bear the consequences. It is a crime to strike people, anywhere, anytime. It is called 'assault' and is punishable by law. Rhianna did NOT make him do it and bears none of the responsibility. I hope she never speaks to him again and moves on with her life. Chris has a lot to learn.

I can't he would really do this, especially being so close to his mother. I met him and his mother about 3 1/2 yrs ago while working residential security. He was kind of a punk 16 year old kid, but his mom was very nice. His mom lives in Edgewater, NJ, so he is probably going to be here in Jersey.
